Womlays is about sharing anything from me to the rest of you out there. so here we go......Have you heard about thousands of people gathered to watch a man disembark from a canoe.....???oh yeah sounds silly and funny. but i am telling you its a very spectacular event people from all over come to this part in western Zambia to see that man in a ceremony called Ku omboka. Ku omboka means coming out of the water. So this ceremony takes place every year because the place where this man lives(king of the lozi people) is usually flooded. The event is so so colourful you dont wanna miss it.The Kuomboka ceremony is quite a big deal and something definitely worth seeing. You haven’t been there?
